Elemental Strategy Group was born out of decades of hands-on experience in the world’s most rigorous manufacturing environments.
Our founders began their career at General Motors in the 90's, supporting the construction of new plants and later becoming Manufacturing Engineers with Purpose. 

Our mission? To manage change across high-stakes, fast-paced production environments—launching several new vehicle programs and establishing  brand-new assembly plants in Mexico.

In 2007, that same spirit of transformation led to the launch of a private consulting venture in Mexico, which eventually expanded to the United States as Elemental Strategy Group, now proudly headquartered in Michigan USA. With 4 years of A.I. implementation, plus over 27 years of process automation and operations management .
